Description of the Qualification

The Auctioneer Accreditation Skill Set is designed to provide you with the essential knowledge and skills required to conduct auctions in the real estate or the stock and station industries. Upon completing this course, you will receive a Statement of Attainment, highlighting the specific units of competency you have achieved from the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice Training Package. This course is intended for individuals who already hold a Class One or Class Two Licence. By completing this Skill Set, you will be eligible to apply for an Auctioneer Accreditation with NSW Fair Trading.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements for this Skill Set. However, students must:

  • Be a minimum of 18 years old to work and practice as an auctioneer.
  • Hold a Class One or Class Two Licence.
  • Complete a screening interview with the Academic Manager or their representative to assess suitability and capability in completing this Skill Set.
  • If necessary, complete a Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) test to determine whether the student is suitable for this Skill Set.
